This Pentium 4 system in an economical but powerful solution for all of your multimedia, desktop, internet and business applications.
Your system includes a full two-year Back to Base Warranty. In the unlikely event your system needs an RMA within the first 30 days, your shipping costs will also be covered in both directions.
Have Windows XP or Windows Vista pre-installed for you before your shipment.
Finally, you'll receive any necessary after sales support to get your system up and running if you need it.

Terms and Conditions: In addition to your warranty terms, I will provide technical assistance and help you with any functional or compatibility problems, so long as doing so does not have a negative financial impact on myself.
Returns: Warranty: Replacement/Refund applies to all items that fail during the warranty period. The chart below identifies what is covered. Returned items should use registered post or any method that involves tracking (approx $2.50 via Auspost), unless otherwise specified by vendor.
Glossary: Warranty: Any item that is returned between the DOA period and the warranty period. Refunds requested after 30 days are provided at the reasonable market value of the item. DOA (Dead on Arrival): Any item which is physically broken upon arrival. This does not apply to incompatible products/models. DOA items must be reported within 48 hours of arrival and shipped back within 72 hours after go-ahead from vendor. Items must be returned for checking/testing before official status can be determined. Vendor provides assurance that returned items are scrutinised and appraisal is fair. Non-warranty: Any item that is returned for any reason other than for warranty purposes. This includes hardware that does not work due to compatibility problems. Non-warranty item refunds incur a 15% restocking fee. Non-warranty exchanges have no restocking fee before 30 days. Refund: Provides client with financial reimbursement. Some limitations apply to certain scenarios. Credit: Replacement of the same or different equipment. Greater flexibility and coverage. Warranty may be extended on vendor terms. Replacement items can be sent before original items are returned if client provides a monetary buffer during the process. Period: The warranty period is the greater of either the default warranty period or any period specific in a listing or elsewhere. The warranty period commences from the date of dispatch for unregistered shipping, or the date of arrival for registered shipping.
Out of Warranty: Please contact us if you experience problems outside of the warranty period. An alternative or partial solution may be available.
Shipping: International Shipments: All overseas bidders using Paypal must have a Verified Paypal address, vendor reserves right that unverified payments may be refunded without shipping. If your Paypal address is unverified or you wish to ship to a different address to your Paypal verified address, please contact vendor to find out options.
Period: The window for shipping after payment received is 72 hours for regular shipping and 48 hours for express. After this period, a 50% shipping rebate is provided if requested by client. Registered shipping: To expedite client ETA, Vendor may revert regular/registered shipments to express shipments at own discretion. If client explicitly requires registered shipping, it must be indicated when or before paying.
Feedback: Feedback is automatically generated. The transaction finalises only after the warranty period is over. However Positive feedback you leave will be reciprocated back to you if you are happy with your order before then. If you plan to leave another type of feedback, please contact us instead so that your situation can be quickly remedied.
