Warranty will be void if the item and its labels are found to be misused and tempered with.
DOA (Dead On Arrival) item must be reported within 3 days from the time you receive it, and it must be returned in 14 days. DOA item is eligible for an exchange if stock available. Otherwise, a refund will be made.

After testing, if the item proves to be faulty, then there is no charge for the customer. Otherwise, testing fees and postage applies.
Testing fees: 15% of sold price or ($20.00 whichever is greater).
