First and most important rule when buying an Inflatable Boat is: Make sure your buying the Boat off a Genuine Marine Shop or Store. There are alot of Import Trading Companies now selling Inflatable Boats at really reduced prices.  They have been purchased at trade shows (Mainly in China) then put straight on the Australian market. I've personally tested several of these boats and none of them stood up to my standards.  They are inferior quality and don't stand the test of time. Most boats lasted 1 year before the glue started to pull apart and the colours / materials started to fade rapidly. China has a grading system from 1 to 5 in Quality and Materials and most trading companies go for Price not Quality. The best way to tell if your buying off a Import Trading Company or a Marine shop is see if they have a full range of boats. Most Import Trading companies can only get there hands on 1 or 2 sizes of boats only. Anther way to find out who your buying off is simple, Check their product knowledge.
