i don't know the era.  guessing 1950's, maybe 40's as it was my nanna's and she gave it to me in about 1957.  it is gorgeous, delicate with white ribbon and a black lacy pattern.  i  am guessing 'plastic'  &will send by padded postbag, about $5.
