You are bidding on the following items:

3 piece Jacobean lounge suite (Comprising of a three seater couch and two arm chairs)

This majestic suite is in excellent condition. THere are no major scrapes or marks on any of the pieces.It has had all the ratten completely replaced and is all in excellent condition.It has had one careful owner for the past 35 years!

The suite has been recovered aproximately 10 years ago with the lovely tapestry fabric you can  see in the photos. These are removable covers and the original covers are still underneath and are in good condition. (they are a similar fabric.) There are no stains or marks on the upholstery as it has been well cared for.The suite comes from a smoke free/pet free home.

 

Prospective buyers are welcome to arrange a viewing of the suite before the auction ends. It is in East Burwood.
