Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (same shipping & handling charge for all countries). All orders are shipped by Hong Kong Post Office. We will ship the item within 1-2 business days upon receiving your payment. Normally your order will arrive within 8-14 business days. We do not deliver on public holidays. All items will be marked as "gift" when sending out from Hong Kong.
You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance.
Combined Shipping Discounts (buy more to save from postage cost)
We do offer combined shipping. Buyers can save up to 20% from postage (Shipping + Insurance).
Won 2-3 items, save 10% from all shipping and handling.
Won 4 or more items, save 20% from all shipping and handling.
Payments must be made in one single payment within 7 days of the first item purchased for combined shipping. Please request me for combined shipping invoice if won more than one item.

Store Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reasons, contact us within 7 days after the date of the item received. We only accept items returned in the same condition. We will full refund your payment, less 10% restocking fee. Please also NOTE that we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Payments must be made within 7 days after the date of the initial purchase. We reserve the right to relist or sell the item to other bidders if payments passed due. Negative feedbacks will be post to non-paying bidders. |
