Another Impulse buy from me means a potential bargin for you!  Gorgeous dress with a crochet detail around the neckline and hemline.  Thin tie belt to cinch in or wear it falling freely. It includes a slip which is attached but can be removed if need be.  Tags attached with a price of $79.99.  This is in stores now!
