Now for the boring(but unfortunately necessary bits). I will now only use express post satchels as there have been TOO MANY parcels going astray, and with these satchels we have a way of tracking them.I'M REALLY SORRY to have to do this, I would prefer to offer a cheaper postage option, but it has just been too expensive and too much of a headache when buyers BLAME ME for parcels not turing up, I am hoping by doing it this way it will alleviate any further problems. Postage quotes are based on the cost of express satchels + associated costs of getting parcels to the post office for lodgement, please base your feedback on these facts, if you are not happy with the postage costs quoted then please DON'T BID. Remember PICK UP is always an option and you don't need to use PAYPAL to do this you can pay cash when you pick the item up.

Direct deposit is the preferred option for payment but I am happy to acccept money orders or personal cheques(clearance of 3 days on these). If you make a direct deposit please leave either your user id or the item description as a reference. Paypal is also an option if you choose to use it. I use ebays checkout so please make sure your address details are correct!!! I will NOT be responsible for returned parcels if your details are wrong.

I'm sorry that I have to mention all these things, but if you are a seller on ebay you will know that some people will use any excuse to leave negative feedback, complain, not pay etc... and I just want to cover all the bases.

I want my customers to experience a good buying experience and do my best to make sure they are happy, I will describe goods accurately to the best of my ability but naturally if I have missed something in the description(ie. a fault)please email me and we will try to sort it out to everyone's satisfation.
