This is a Factory refurbished unit (ex-display/ demo/ customer returns), tested by technician and in working order. There will be minor scuffs/ scratch marks common to this type of item.

At Coolxbest, we will cover all postage to replace your item if it is dead on arrival. In order to take advantage of this offer, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will give you a reply paid address for returning the item.
If you request a refund instead, the initial postage will not be refunded but you can still use our reply paid address to return your item.
For general warranty claims within warranty period, customer will be responsible for postage to send back the item and we will pay postage to send the replacement to you.
If you are having problem to operate your purchase, please read the instruction manual carefully or email us for tech support.
Any returned product found to have no fault will incur a $15 handling fee and you will need to pay for all incurred postages.

Combined Shipping Discount

We offer 50% discount on the subsequent postage of combined items paid for at the same time. Full shipping will be charged for the item with the highest shipping cost, other items will be charged at 50%. Combined shipping may not be available to international shipments if parcel is going to be oversized.

Delivery Protection

All parcels are insured and signature is required upon collection. In case a parcel is confirmed lost by Australia post, we will resend items free of charge (or refund auction price subject to product availability). For items damaged in transit, buyer will need to send them back at their own cost and we will send replacement once return received. Insurance is optional for overseas (include New Zealand) parcels ($8 per parcel). Buyers will be responsible for damage or loss if parcel is uninsured.

Delivery Time

VIC: 2-4 days - NSW/ SA/ ACT: 4-6 days - TAS / QLD: 5-7 days - NT/ WA: 7-12 days Overseas: 1-2 weeks Items will be posted within 2 business days after payment received. Ultra large items are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday. Any additional costs incurred from incorrect addresses provided by the buyer will be paid for by the Buyer. Items will be delivered to your ebay registered address unless specified, please ensure it is correct.
