Shipping and Handling

• Supplier only ships to Australia. Once an order is submitted the supplier is unable to change the quantities, ship to location or cancel the order.
• Payments are processed in the order they are received - most often the day after payment clears.
• We ship all items within 5 business days of receipt of payment.
• We ship all items with Australia Post.
• No insurance included.
• Please note shipping charges are for shipping, packaging, postage and handling.
• All care is taken in packaging items.  All responsibility for items damaged or lost in the post is that of the buyer/ purchaser.

• Any item not paid for within 5 business days without alternative arrangements will be relisted.
