Jaguar XJ6/12 Series 1 Front Bumper Bar Good Condition

This bumper bar is straight and in good condition. It will look good on any Series 1 Jaguar or Daimler. I have 3 x Series 1 front bumper bars and it was hard to choose which one I wanted to keep for the Series 1 XJ6 I'm restoring. Each is 35-40 years old, not new, but each is a good, straight bumper bar. I can send more photos by email on request, but there's nothing like coming to see it. If you want a new bumper bar, sorry, this isn't it - but neither is the price.

In this auction you are bidding for one bumper bar.

There is some suface rust on the inside of the bumper bar but none on the outside. I'll be treating the inside of the one for my car with the POR-15 system which will permanently deal with this rust and prevent more from gathering. Ask me more about it if you wish. If you're serious about old cars you need these products.

2 x bumper bar horns in good condition are available and will be auctioned separately after bumper bar is sold.

This item is too big for Australia Post, so no amount is quoted for postage. I may be able to help with delivery in the Sydney, Goulburn, Illawarra, Southern Highlands areas of NSW. Please ask me if this interests you. I'm prepared to package it securely and label it for pickup for $20.00, but the buyer must arrange the carrier/transport. To help you obtain a quotation, the packed item will be 180cm long, 40cm wide (in the widest part) and 10cm high with a maximum weight of 5kg.

COD only applies to personal pick-up and the "C" means "cash".

Payment must be received within 3 days of the end of the auction. The item will not be released (or packed) for delivery until payment is received.

I have many other XJ6 Series 1 parts and I'll be auctioning them as the restoration of my own car progresses. If there's anything special you want please let me know and if I have it I will list it. Probably the next thing I list will be an automatic transmission in good working order.
