In Japan, people use this special envelop (Noshi-bukuro) to wrap a gift for ceremonial occasions of giving a birth, admission into a school, celebration of one’s Adulthood and especially wedding ceremony.
Because it is used for a celebration, it is designed beautiful and elegant.
This beautiful envelop has NOSHI, which is a symbol of celebratory occasion, on its upper left.
There are two tyeps of NOSHI. Japanese traditional style which is hexagonal shape, and modern style like flower, ribbon etc.
It is made of the BEST GRADE beautiful WASHI (Japanese traditional paper).
WASHI is one of the most durable and strongest papers in the world.
And it is attached with beautiful MIZUHIKI strings.
MIZUHIKI is one of a Japanese art and there are many types of MIZUHIKI like Crane, Turtle, Treasure ship and Japanese traditional ribbon bow.
You can slide and remove this MIZUHIKI and open an envelop.

In Japan, people uses this special envelop to wrap money for celebrations, but you can wrap photos, cards, letter, or some papers with it as a special & differential gift.
