PAYMENT

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL FROM INTERNATIONAL OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS.

Uk Bidders – We accept Paypal, personal cheques and postal orders, please put your ebay ID and Item number on the back of your cheques and postal orders so that we can identify you as we receive a lot of this method of payment.

 POSTAGE

Once your item has been paid for It will be posted out to you within three working days, most items are sent out next day.

Our postage costs are for standard 1st class delivery, please note that we can also send out items by recorded or special delivery if you wish to ensure delivery. Please email us for a postage quote

Once your item has been dispatched you will sent an automated email to let you know  

 Please allow plenty of time for your item to delivered, items cannot be tracked until after 21 days from the date of posting - this is the time that the post office say to allow for reasonable time for posting. Please take this into consideration when bidding, this is very important 

Once an item has been posted and we have have obtained a postal receipt the item, we can not except responsibility for items lost in the post. It is rare but from time to time an item may go  missing in the post, if this happens to you please let us know and after 21 days, and we will put a claim into the post office, this can take a while so please be patient We will not refund for any items lost in the post.  Please do not ask for a refund. If you do not agree with this then please do not bid.   

NON PAYMENT

Unfortunately there a few payments that are not made, if you are having a problem please let us know, if we do not receive payment or contact after seven days we automatically send out a ebay pay dispute reminder. We are unable to contact you individually due to the high volume of sales. If you do not make contact or payment after seven days from the date of the reminder being sent you, You will receive a UNPAID ITEM STRIKE

RETURNS

We will accept returns for 14 days from receipt of item, all items must be returned in the original condition that you received it in.  Please contact us first before returning and add your ebay id to the package, you will have to pay for all return postage unless the problem is a fault of ours.

IMPORTANT POSTAL STRIKE INFORMATION - PLEASE READAll of our items are posted out by first class post the next day after payment has been received but due to current and future postal strikes deliveries may take longer to arrive. Although 99% of deliveries arrive on time please allow up to six weeks for delivery. If you are concerned please let us know.
