If the item is a KIT or has other supplies included I will also state this in the description or in the title. If it doesn't say it's a KIT, it isn't.

Everything I sell is genuine, there are NO "copies" or pages pulled from magazines. These are all authentic items. I obtain all my items from various sources and some will be brand new, some will be new but may have sticker residue or stickers on them, and then some of them will be used. I will never sell you an unusable chart or something that I would not like to have myself. If something is in badly used condition, I will either not sell it, or will tell you the condition of the item so you know what you will be getting.

I usually ship items out the following day, or at the latest within 2 days after an item has been paid, so rest assured, your purchases will get there as fast as the postal system allows. I do my best to be speedy, but of course I have no control over how long the Post Office takes to deliver. Please remember too that THESE ITEMS ARE COMING FROM CANADA, so may take a little longer if you are in a different country. It can take up to 2 weeks for your items to arrive (it's usually sooner).

I combine Shipping costs so if you are purchasing more than one item, please wait until I send you an invoice so I can give you the best deal on shipping costs. No one likes to pay more shipping then they need to.

Canada Post can be a little more expensive than the U.S. postal system. Canada Post does NOT have Global Priority Envelopes or Boxes (I wish we did) so if you are ordering several items and want to know ahead how much it may cost you, feel free to contact me. I can weigh the items and then advise you how much they will cost to send. If you're happy, you can go ahead and buy the items, if it's too expensive you can decide not to purchase. It will be up to you.

Most of the time your items will be shipped airmail as an oversized letter. This is the most economical way for me to ship. Once the weight exceeds 500 grams (just over 1 pound) or exceeds certain dimensions, it will be sent as a parcel. This can get more expensive so the best way to find out is to ask me..

I use the Canada Post guide online to get the correct prices for shipping to you. I weigh your items to give you the correct price. I do round up the cost, so it may cost you a few cents more than what the postage actually was, but is always within an acceptable amount.
