Naturally I don't want to sell a product and then have it returned, so I do my best to describe it accurately.

If the product is not as described I am happy to refund your money (excluding postage costs).
You will need to post back to me at your cost.
I will refund once the item is back with me in good condition.

I will also refund (same postage conditions as above) if the item is defective.
However Jeep pride themselves in good workmanship and I have not had any returns.
