New with tags. This is a stock dress from a bridal shop that unexpectedly closed its doors. It has been stored in a plastic dress bag. Since the dress was stock in a bridal shop, it is possible that there are minor blemishes from being tried on. The dress has never been modified or fitted to a specific customer. Each dress is guaranteed to be off the rack at the size stated above.

Although we have inspected each dress without removing it from its storage bag and reported any noticeable problems at the beginning of this description, we cannot guarantee there are no additional blemishes. Authentication: Every effort is made by Auction Brokerage to provide accurate identification of items through the use of detailed, high-resolution photographs, an accurate description of the item and its condition by a disinterested third party, and detailed, accurate answers to all email queries, including additional photographs if appropriate.
Escrow: The buyer can be sure that the item exists and that the highest bidder (if reserves are met) will be able to purchase the item. All items presented for sale by Auction Brokerage are held in the Auction Brokerage warehouse until successful web auction sale.
Return Privilege: All items are sold with a 5-day approval period. Any item may be returned for any reason during the approval period. If the return is at the buyer's discretion, the buyer pays shipment both ways. If the buyer can show that the item is not exactly as advertised, Auction Brokerage reimburses shipment cost along with the refund. The item must be returned in the same condition as shipped to receive a refund.
Shipment Damage: Damage during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. Recovery of cost due to shipping damage is the buyer's responsibility. In most cases, the recipient of a damaged shipment must file the claim. Auction Brokerage will work with the buyer to obtain recovery of cost due to shipment damage.
Packaging Guarantee: If damage is deemed by the carrier to be due to improper packaging, Auction Brokerage will refund the purchase and shipping amount for the item to the buyer.
Shipment Damage of Returned Items: If a returned item is damaged in shipment, Auction Brokerage will make every effort to recover the buyer's cost. If the damage is deemed by the carrier to be caused by insufficient packaging and the buyer has modified the original Auction Brokerage packaging, then the buyer is deemed responsible for the damage and no refund is made and the damaged item is repacked and shipped back to the buyer at no charge.
Shipping Multiple Items Together: Each Auction Brokerage sale is a separate transaction that needs to be settled with the owner of the sold item. Our business is geared to sell and ship single items. Our packaging methods are geared to guarantee the safe delivery of the items we ship. It is therefore, sometimes impractical to ship multiple items together. Where practical we will consolidate shipment of multiple items.
