PAYMENT METHODS

Items will not be posted until funds are cleared. This applies to payments made via:

- PayPal e-cheques;

- Money Orders;

- Direct Deposit of Cheques in the account;

- Non-cleared funds transferred from cheque accounts.

Items will be posted within 1 Business day of payment clearing.

AUSTRALIAN BUYERS

Payment methods accepted:

1.    Payment is required within 7 days of sale unless otherwise arranged.

     A payment reminder will be sent on the 5^th day after sale;

     If there is no payment or correspondence within the first 7 days after the purchase, we will initiate an unpaid item dispute

     through eBay.

     Communication is vital for a smooth and easy transaction.

2. An eBay id or item numbers MUST be quoted when paying by Bank Deposit to avoid delays in postage.

    We ask that all buyers paying by Bank Deposit email us with their payment details:                 

                  date paid;

                  payment type (cheque or cash deposit/ netbank transfer ect)

                  identification left (eBay id or item number)

    This information is essential to help us link the payment to sale and in turn insure that there are minimal delays in

    dispatching your item.

3. MONEY ORDERS:

    We are not responsible for lost money orders.

    Buyers must keep the postage receipt to insure that they can make a claim for a refund  via Australia Post for lost or

    unclaimed money order.

    Money orders not received will be treated as non-payment.

    Items will only be posted once the money order is cleared.

4. PayPal e-cheques: Please allow 5 to 8 business to clear.

5. We DO NOT accept personal cheques:

     - BANK DEPOSITS: If a cheque is deposited into the bank account instead of cash; the item will only be

       posted once the cheque is cleared.

- If the cheque is not honoured, the bank fees will ($40.00) will be passed on to the buyer.

- The dishonoured cheque will then be forwarded to the Police for fraud investigation.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

By PayPal only.

(This is due to the excessive bank and currency conversion fees; there is also up to 28 days clearance time).

Fees associated with any unauthorized international deposits will be at the Buyers expense.

POSTAGE & HANDLING

AUSTRALIAN BUYERS

PLEASE REQUEST a total amount and you will only be charged the appropriate satchel fee.

Due to eBay’s constant changes, we are unable to create an accurate automatic discount on checkout. We ask that you wait for us to weigh and size the books to ensure you are only charged the correct satchel fee

We post using Australia Post prepaid satchels/envelopes/parcels according to size and weight. Items are posted within 1 business day of payment clearing.

All items are wrapped securely before posting, and buyers are emailed when their items are posted. Once your item is posted we cannot be held responsible for any item not received. Because of this we strongly recommend registered post.

A registered post label can be attached to your item for an additional cost of $2.80 (Australia only). This option is available on request, and includes up to $100 insurance. Alternatively, you can request express post which includes tracking and a faster delivery time. Please email us for Express Post prices.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

International postage is based on total weight and MUST be quoted if buying more than 1 book.

***International buyers please email us for quotes for insurance or registered post.

***Due to new Australia Post regulations, buyers from Canada, Italy, Mexico and South Africa need to request Insurance as any loss of item during transit to these countries will not be covered by Australia Post, and therefore is not covered by us, the seller.

PICK UP

There is strictly NO pickup on any item, as books are stored in a separate storage facility, and our response may be disappointing.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Returns, replacements or refunds are only given if the item was severely damaged or was described incorrectly, and is solely at our discretion.

Items are sold “as is” and described to the best of our ability. Any images are of the item/s listed and are not generic.

All returns or replacements (where possible) are to be done within 5 business days of you receiving the item, and must be returned to us in the original packaging or as received by you.

While we will refund or credit the cost of the book and the original postage, cost of return postage will be at your expense.

If you are not happy with your item please email us before leaving feedback as we endeavour to give satisfaction.

Please read the book descriptions – we endeavour to be accurate in our descriptions, so to avoid any disappointment and misunderstandings PLEASE READ the item descriptions before bidding or buying.

FEEDBACK

Feedback will be left once it is received. Please allow up to 5 days for feedback to be returned.

We attempt to answer emails and send invoices within 24 - 48 hours. We ask for your patience in waiting for a response as it may not be always possible for us to respond quickly.

All communication should be done through eBay. This is due to the security settings on our email account. Any request for banking or postal details MUST be done through eBay. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.
