Payment Terms

·         Full Payment including shipping cost must be received within 5 days after end of this auction / buy it now.  Otherwise I will lodge a non paying claim with Ebay.

·         I accept PAYPAL only.  Buyers may use their credit card through Paypal.

·         Buyer is responsible for payment of any custom fees, import duties or taxes for international shipments. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding.

Shipping & Handling

·           Packing & handling charges are Included in the shipping charge.

·           All items will be shipped via Registered International Air Mail (with Tracking Number) from Malaysia.

·           Items will be shipped ONLY after clearing of payment.

·           Items only ship to eBAY / PAYPAL confirmed address.

·           Shipped Worldwide EXCEPT to North Korea, Israel, P.O.Box address.  

·           All orders USUALLY shipped within 3 working days after receipt of payment.  I do not ship on weekends and holidays.  It normally takes about 14 to 28 business days for shipment arrival depending on your location and subject to Customs Clearance and volume of mail traffic.

·           All items will be securely packaged.

Terms of Sales

I reserve the right to cancel bids made by unresponsive bidders/buyers or anyone who does not agree with the terms.

All sales are FINAL and non-negotiable. 

Return Policy:

*          ‘ Region ALL / Region 0 ’ DVD(s) allowing to be played on any DVD player.  However, I will not guarantee the DVD(s) will be playable on your DVD player that may not support ‘ Region ALL /  Region 0 ’ DVD(s).

*           I do not accept return or exchange, as DVD can be duplicated easily unless it is Manufacturer defect.  Buyer must notify me by email within 5 days from the day of item received. 

*           I will replace the DVD subject to stock availability.  If the DVD is discontinued, 100% of the purchased price will be refunded via Paypal once return item received.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

*           The replacement item will be ship via normal airmail unless buyer is willing to pay additional charges for registered mail.

*          Buyer's OWN expenses for the return shipping cost.

*          Tracking number is required for sending item back for verification.
