CONDITIONS OF SALE:

All stamps are genuine as described and are sold with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. For a refund stamps must be returned within a 14-day period, intact in the same condition as received. Damaged stamps cannot be returned. Extensions for refunds are allowed for expert certificates. However, no stamps will be accepted back under any circumstances after six months of the item closing date. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless a lot is not described properly. Personal checks must clear before shipping, EXCEPT known buyers may have their lots shipped upon receipt of check. Sales Tax applies only to residents of Indiana at 6%.

SHIPPING:

We will combine sales to save on shipping.

Shipping fees: U.S. (includes insurance). Stamp sales over $100 are sent via certified mail in the U.S. and includes insurance provided by Collins Stamps. 

Shipping fees: Overseas shipping may be extra depending on the country. We use Airmail Letter Post if available. I will notify the buyer of shipping cost after the sale has closed.  NOTE: we do not provide insurance to items shipped out of the United States.

EXPERT CERTIFICATES:

If you wish to obtain a expert certificate for a stamp or cover we must be notified within 7 days from purchase and before submission to an expert committee.  After notification we will contact the buyer via email to finalize details such as the expert committee for the certificate. We will only pay for a certificate up to $50 for a stamp that does not come back as described from for the following reasons; 1.) identification to Scott catalogue number 2.) condition includes gum and faults. Certificates can be obtained from a reputable expertizing committee APEX, PF, and PSE approved by us in advance. Extensions for refunds are allowed for expert certificates (except those that are less than 5 years old).
