My husband is a chef and got this knife sharpener as a gift, however he already had one! So we are listing it on here :0)

It is a KAI (the maker of SHUN Knives) professional knife sharpener and is excellent at sharpenenig your knives instantly without the hassle of finding the right angle like with stone sharpeners. It is designed for SHUN knives which are top of the line, so it can handle any brand knife you put through it!

Just run your knife slowly through the sharpener 4 times and voila you have a very sharp knife again!
