We ship small items to the UK, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA. Larger items are only shipped within the UK. We try to despatch within 24 hours for purchases with cleared payments received before 2PM. We post via Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the buyer receiving goods if the items are faulty. Please email to inform us that you intend to return the item. All items returned must be sent via a signed and traceable postal service, buyer must provide KASERS.KOM with a tracking number. KASERS.KOM will refund any costs the buyer incurs in order to return the faulty item. It is recommended that they buyer ensures they take out adequate postal insurance as KASERS.KOM will not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post when they are returned. If a replacement is no longer required or unavailable a full refund will be given if the terms & conditions above are adhered to by the buyer. KASERS.KOM offer a full refund including postal costs to the buyer upon inspection of the faulty item. If the item has been damaged in the post KASERS.KOM will make an insurance claim, please allow time for this process before your refund is granted. It is important that you do not remove any packaging and include original packaging in your return. Should the buyer decide they wish to return the item due to "Change Of Mind" KASERS.KOM will only refund 85% of the original purchase price excluding all postage costs.
