• We prefer direct deposit to the account listed in the ebay checkout.

RETURNS:

• We offer a 7 day exchange policy if the item was not as described in the auction or is damaged on arrival. Minor variations in model, color or specifications are not usually reason for a refund.
• Buyer must return the item within 7 days of auction in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes and copy of the invoice. All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Refund provided at our discretion within 7 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges unless item is damaged or incorrect.
• If the size you chose is incorrect you may return the item to Cutana Hats at your expense in exchange for the correct size within 7 days. Please take care in measuring size to ensure correct fit. (please read)
