KATY EDWARDS LIMITED EDITION PRINT BEACH SCENE -  NAIVE - 922/1000

This auction is for a framed Limited Edition signed Katy Edwards print of a 1986 naive painting of a Gold Coast beach. I am not sure which beach it is.  I thought it may be a Sydney beach but the printing on the beach umbrella in the middle at the bottom says " Gold Coast Queensland" Maybe someone could enlighten me !  Is that ''Magic Mountain" at the top left?

The print is in fairly good condition but there appears to be either staining or foxing along the top skyline and light foxing on the borders as shown in photo 4. The colours may have faded a bit but I can't tell for sure not having seen the original or another print.

The print is signed and numbered 922/1000.

The frame is white aluminium and the outside dimensions are : 73.5cm x 54.5cm. Weight is approx. 3.9kg.
