Brand new with tags DESIGNER brand top. Size 12 AUS in Blue with contrasting raised 3 dimensional red patterning which really shimmers and shines in the light. I  dont often say this but photos do not do this item justice.....very pretty piece of clothing.
UNSURE WHAT TOP IS MADE FROM...SAYS DRY CLEANABLE...I DONT THINK IT IS SILK BUT IT IS VERY SOFT IN YOUR HANDS
