KENSINGTON UNIVERSAL USB NOTEBOOK STATION

I have for auction a virtually brand new Kensington Notebook station – it has been out of the box for photography and that is all.

I bought this originally as I used to work from home and thought it would be ideal for my laptop. However, before I had chance to get it set up I was transferred to an office and the laptop taken off me.

The idea is that you can use it almost like a docking station, without the need for an additional monitor. It has four port usb hub to take a keyboard, mouse and other peripherals, allowing you to connect all these with one usb port on your computer.

The station takes any laptop or note book up to 17” screen. I have never tested this but as you can see it easily accommodates a 15” IBM brick (borrowed for the photo shoot – and is not included in the sale).

According to Kensington:

• It has a built in copy holder
• The cover protects the keyboard from spills
• And the curved back reduces heat build up

Apparently the retail price for these is £49, but I have seen them on t’Internet for as low as £27 (+ P&P). Either way here is your chance to grab a bargain.
