We are Australia's leading butchers block manufacturer.  Most butchers blocks you will see are either ours or made by people we trained.  I have been involved in making butchers blocks in Geelong for about 20yrs. 

 In many ways we reinvented them, because it was us who pioneered the use of specialised waxes instead of oils for the cutting surface. We did this because we wanted  a block that was as low maintenance as possible, and as multi purpose as possible. 

measurements are 900w x 1560long and 855 high.Wheels with locking castors are standard and raises the height to 905mm high when attatched.

This is a prep table and is designed for those that need something larger than a butchers block, but still want a durable work surface.  Over time as they wear in, not wear out, they will gradually gain pattina.

There are four basic designs in the prep tables:

 1) the unit featured here that has a shelf only

2) the same unit but with cupboards also

3) the same but no cupboards or shelf but as a dining table

4) a combination of both...ie cupboards on one half and dining table on the other half (see the photos and look for the dining chairs)
