This auction is for a 1999/00 TOPPS CHROME "HIGHLIGHTS REEL" graded insert card of Kobe Bryant numbered #HR4. This card has been professionally graded by BGS a 9.5 GEM MINT. This card is in Near Mint to MINT condition and has a big Beckett Value (BV). A must have for all Kobe collectors.
