 BUXUS MICRO MICROPHYLLA

DESCRIPTION

Korean Box is an evergreen shrub which makes an excellent hedge plant. It has bright green, leathery leaves and can be used as a specimen shrub or in a tub on the patio. Once established, Korean Box survives well in warmer, drier climates.

  • Grows slightly faster than English Box. Has more ovate leaves with a lighter green colour. The differences between these 2 plants are minimal.
  • Plant approx 30 cm apart
  • Plants on offer are about approximately 40+cm high and are several years (4+) old. They are very dense bushes and will make an instant hedge.

CULTURE NOTES

  • Tolerates shade, sun, frosts.
  • Tolerates most soil types but should not be kept too wet or exposed in windy location
  • Trim in late Spring
  • Blood and bone fertilizer and Dolomite are recommended products for this plant.
