i will only accept returns if item was not specifically described in description. ie: will not accept if is incorrect size. things like this are in item description and unless i have made a typing error (which i am completely responsible for) you should be aware of this. I do not hold any responsibility for australia posts mis-handling of postage, and unless you have paid extra for special packaging or insurance than i cannot be expected to be liable for any breakages or loss of post, keep this in mind when bidding on valuable or expensive items, insurance is a sure fire way of covering ones backside, and i will always insure any item for alot more than it is worth so that if any of us are so unlucky as to run into any of these issues, one will be greatly compensated for such loss by australia post, not me. please also check my feedback before bidding, as you will see i have had success in the postage of valuable breakables before, and this is a combination of insurance and good packaging skills. I'd like to make it entirely clear that the terms under which I do business mean that you, the customer, need to be entirely happy with the transaction. This means that I take responsibility for verifiable misdescriptions or mistakes and if I say something works or I've tested it then I really mean it. If I don't specifically say that it works or I say that I have been unable to test it then this means just that; that it may work or it may not but either way I can't really be responsible for it. However, in MOST cases, if you aren't happy with what you receive then you are completely at liberty to return it to me and have your money refunded. I think that it's only fair that, if you do this because you don't want it rather than because I have mis-described it, you should pay carriage both ways and pay me 10% of the bid price or $10 (whichever is the greater of course) for my packing time and the time it takes me to get down to the post office. If you have a reasonable moan about something then I'd be only too happy to try to resolve it, but the limit of this resolution can't extend beyond refunding your money. Before you moan however, please look at the photo(s) and read the description to MAKE SURE that the error really is with me. I'm sure some mean spirited misery is going to take advantage of this but I want people to be able to bid with confidence. please make sure you read and understand my terms completely before leaving any feedback, as i will very rarely leave feedback for 'fast payment' untill the buyer has left feedback on my profile, keep that in mind when thinking of leaving bad feedback.
