AIS Blockoff kit for Kawasaki

This is a new Mustard Bikes PAIR blockoff kit for most kawasaki models. Full model listing below.

This kit will allow you to remove the PAIR system installed on your motorcycle for emissions reasons and will provide the following improvements:

Improved exhaust scavenging.
Better Dyno readings due to more precise Air/Fuel readings.
Minor weight savings.
A cleaner, less cluttered, engine area.
Elimination of backfiring with aftermarket or modified exhausts.
Make your engine run smoother, tidy up your engine area, lose weight and make your bike sound better all at the same time! This kit can be installed by almost anybody with enough patience and a basic tool kit in around 2 hours. The kit includes directions, a set of CNC machined billet aluminum blockoff plates, and stainless steel bolts.
This kit will fit all Fireblade CBR1000RR models 2004 to 2008, 2004 to 2008 CBR600RR and 2002 onwards CB900F.
Please note that the supplied install guide is based on installation on an 05 ZX-10R. Some bikes may show an FI fault code with removal of the AIS system (08 ZX-10R, 07-08 Z1000). The kit can still be installed however the AIS Solenoid should remain plugged in to prevent this code appearing.

This kit will also fit the 06-08 ZX14 and GTR14 (Concours), 03 onwards ZX6R (including both R and RR versions) and 03-08 Z-1000.
