If you wish to return your purchase, please inform us via e-mail within 14 days of delivery. Once we confirm acceptance of your return, you must securely package your purchase and return it at your expense within 14 working days. Upon receipt and satisfactory condition of the rug we will issue a refund less the delivery charge.
We make every effort to accurately reproduce the exact image of each rug we sell. We are however unable to accept responsibility for any variation of colour due to variables such as lighting and your monitor display settings.
Please check all goods carefully as soon as you receive them. If the goods are faulty, please let us know immediately and no later than 7 working days from date of receipt so we ensure to get them returned and inspected no later than 14 days of receipt.
Upon inspection, should your goods be confirmed to be faulty, we will offer you a replacement a mutually agreeable re-selection or a full refund.
Please note that variation of colour is not accepted by us to constitute faulty goods - therefore we do not accept responsibility for the cost of returning rugs whose colour has been misrepresented.
