For use with most Cordless/Variable Speed Drills Shank Diameter 6mm (1/4") that have Forward and Reverse Mode

We charge a $2 postage and handling fee, which covers packaging expenses. If you purchase more than one item you will only pay for handling on one item.

We usually ship within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment, unless on weekends or public holidays when the Post Office is shut. We are not responsible for lost packages due to Australia Post, although we will do our best to find the item and come to a solution.

Heavier or larger items are pickup only

Pick up is available from Redland Bay, Brisbane, QLD

You are most welcome to pick up any items should you wish to save postage.  You are also welcome to visit our shop and buy direct as we are authorised Kincrome dealers. 

We have EFTPOS facilities in store.

FEEDBACK POLICY:

We find the easiest way to handle the feedback system is when the buyer leaves feedback upon receiving the item.

We will then leave you feedback, knowing that you have received your goods.

If you intend to give us negative feedback, please message us first, we will try our hardest to solve the problem before any negative feedback is left.

RETURNS POLICY:

All products are guaranteed by the manufacturers for the lifetime of the article

Faulty goods will be exchanged at the discretion of the manufacturers’ agent whose decision is final.

The buyer is responsible for all postage.

We will not accept returns if you simply change your mind etc.
