Sales Terms

INSPECTION. Buyer shall inspect the product(s) at delivery and notify us of any defects or discrepancies in the product(s) as delivered within *48 hours of delivery. Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the product(s) as delivered in absent of such notification. In event of returning a defective product(s), ALL packages and components must be included, and a RMA number will be provided. Any missing unit will cost a delay to the exchange/repair progress. We will not be responsible for any products returned without a RMA number.
INSURANCE. All products are Free on Board (FOB) shipping point. Highest bidder is responsible for all shipping related risks. Shipping insurance is at buyer¡¦s discretion. Buyer must contact shipper directly for any insurance claim.
WARRANTY. Most of our products are warranted by the manufacturer. If applicable, the manufacturer's warranty is described above. Once the inspection period is over, buyer must contact the respective manufacturer for any warranty claim.
PAYMENT. All payments are expected to be completed within 72 hours. To protect you and us from credit card fraud, we only accept PayPal payment from verified users and will only ship to confirmed address. If you intent to pay with money order or checks, you must contact us within 72 hours. All personal checks are subject to a clearing period of 14 days (minimum). Buyer shall pay a fee of US$20.00 for any checks returned unpaid to Seller for any reason. If no email or payments are collected within 72 hours, you will receive a negative feedback and be reported as a non-paying bidder. Non-paying bidders can be banned from eBay for life.
DUTIES. The buyer is responsible for any duty fee depends on different countries policies.
