Please do not ask if you can pick up the item or meet me somewhere etc, for security reasons, I must insist all items be shipped.


In the last 6 months, I have lost about $10000 AUD in sales due to non payment, and have lost $400 AUD in Ebay fees (Listing, gallery fees etc) as a result of non paying bidders. Despite Ebay running at a multibillion dollar profit, the seller can never recoup these costs. As a result, if you can't make the payment within 7 days after the ended of my auction. I will mark it as a non payment, relist the item and leave appropriate feedback immediately. 


POSTAGE I now offer registered & EMS Express mail post as an options on all my items. It is up to the buyer for which options. However if you choose not to have EMS Express mail, I will NOT be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

WARRANTY Unless otherwise stated. If an item stated to be working arrives as a DOA I will accept a return subject to technician assessment (all postage costs to be covered by the buyer) but unless I have seriously messed up the description, no warranty. (I believe the legal term is caveat empor)

If you have concerns about my feedback rating, I'd prefer you don't bid, lets not waste each other's time! I have maintained a rating over 96% for 5 years now, and have over 2700 positive comments. If you asked a supermarket if they'd like a 96% customer satisfaction rating, I'd wager most would be thrilled with that!

I will try to answer all legitimate questions promptly, however on occasion I have had questions which simply don't need to be asked, please use the internet resources via google if you need to know intimate specifications about a particular item (I know I have to!)
