We cannot guarantee that you will get the style of your choice, and we do not offer a refund to those who decide they do not like the style of cabinet or game they were delivered.

Returns are accepted with these conditions:
1) If the game does not immediately work, replace the battery first (at buyer's expense). Refunds for dead batteries are not given.
2) Buyer will return the game at buyer's expense.
3) Once received, we will test the game, and upon concluding that the game is not functioning by design will refund the cost of the game (not postage).
4) If the game is determined to be functioning correctly a refund will be given anyhow, minus a $5 relisting fee.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not bid.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
