Warranty: ProSeriesGolf  stands behind every item that we sell and we will do everything possible to assure that you're satisfied.  Should your merchandise be damaged through defect or otherwise, we'll be happy to facilitate replacement for you.
We participate in Ebay Square Trade  Program. If you have any concerns, please contact us give us a chance to correct your concerns. Please do this before doing anything drastic, like posting a negative feedback. We try hard to create happy customers and will aggressively address all your concerns.

Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to Customer Satisfaction. Our Goal is to strive to make every customer 100% satisfied! If we misrepresent ANY of our Golf Products, or ship the wrong item we will either replace or offer  a full refund. Contact us within 2 business days after receipt of your golf item.

AGAIN, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. If damage occurs during shipment,  you must report damage to the carrier. We will than file a claim with the Shipper.  We will either replace your golf item or refund the full purchase price (including shipping charges). You must report any damage immediately and than you have 2 business days from the arrival of the shipment to contact us. After this time period, the sale is final.

Returns/Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS. If you are the winning bidder of an Item: you entered into a legal and binding contract to purchase the described item. AGAIN, all Sales are final.  The product you purchased on EBAY will be in the condition stated in this listing.  Refunds/Returns/Replacements will be based upon individual circumstances of each transaction.    PLEASE DO NOT BID if you do not intend to purchase or comply with these Terms and Conditions.

 If you are a WINNING BIDDER  Payment must be received within 7 days after close of auction.  After 7 days  the item will be relisted.  We will file a non-paying bidder report with eBay.

 

To return golf item(s) for a refund/exchange, the item(s) must be NEW and UNUSED when returned in Original Packaging. If the item show evidence of usage in anyway it is no longer returnable. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice/packing list and provide contact/billing information for a prompt refund/exchange. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: there will be a 20% restocking charge on all items returned.
