Australia Postage:
• As we have such a large clearance occuring,
why not combine postage by purchasing several items fitting into a 3 kg $11.30 bag, or 5 kg $20.00 bag
- both are Express Post (trackable)
- strictly subject to items fitting in the bag of course.
• We are unable to have items collected from home unless arranged prior to a bid, or if it is stated to collect (due to the size of a large item).
• Australian Postage days are Tuesdays and Fridays (unless public holidays)
• Australian Parcel Registration is a $5 fee and is only done once weekly....not available on Express bags
• Whilst every care is taken, we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Addresses:
•We print our invoices off ebay when the item sells and use the address off ebay.

• If paying by Money Order or Bank Deposit, and to minimise confusion in despatching the item/s, please use your surname, ebay username or item number in the deposit description, or delivery may be delayed as several items may sell for the same amount at the same time.

All Payments:
• If you have bought multiple items, please can you finalise as one transaction thanks.
• Contact must be made within three days, payment within five, unless agreed otherwise, or the item will be re-listed and negative feedback left.
Item Condition:
• All our items are from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
• We offer quality items and do our best to make sure we list as accurately as possible.
• Many of our new items are from a clearance warehouse and are tagged by them, so you will find these discontinued or clearance items to be much cheaper than the usual RRP, and you can grab yourself a real bargain!
• Unless described as 'new', you should expect any secondhand items to be pre-loved, and, therefore, expect that they may show signs of some wear.
Refunds and Credits:
• We won't refund or give a credit just because you change your mind; don't like it, or it doesn't fit... ...so please do your research before you bid. Measurements are available on request, and sizes can vary dramatically per brand, so this needs to be considered.
• We also do not give a refund or credit on secondhand goods - as they are all sold on an 'as is' basis.
• However, if we make a genuine error in a listing and it is clearly wrong, we are happy to fix these problems as soon as possible.
• Please RETAIN THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE BAG, return item inside, tape up, and mark return to sender - should there be a need to return as we will not pay return postage. This is important.
