Postage and Packaging
All items with a cleared payment by midday are posted the same (working) day. Except for Sundays and Bank holidays. 

Our delivery costs are competitively low. 

We offer a number of royal mail options.
First Class, First Class Recorded and Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed (not including Sat ). 

LOST ITEMS: We obtain proof of postage for every delivery. Part of our customer service is to ensure your item reaches you in a safe and secure method. If your item is not delivered within 3 days of receiving our dispatch email please let us know. You will first be asked to check your local post office where 99% of missing items are held for 3 weeks before being returned to us. If your item is not found within 15 days of us dispatching we will then make a claim with royal mail on your behalf.
We guarantee every customer will receive their item or a full refund. 

All our products are brand new and are packaged with care in secure tamper proof packaging. 

We also offer POSTAGE DISCOUNT of £1.00 for each additional product purchased

RETURNS 

We operate a no quibble 14 day refund/exchange policy. A full refund, excluding initial p&p charges, will be given providing goods are posted back within 14 days of receipt, as new, unworn and the buyer pays the return postage costs. 

When returning an item it is strongly recommended that the Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim. 

We appreciate that shoe boxes may become slightly damaged in transit, however, we cannot accept returns on items where the packaging has been written on or taped up. 

Please be aware that mistakes can happen and if we have made any mistakes whatsoever we will issue full refund including transport charges both ways. We are here to help. 
 
Please note that the customer has to pay for the return postage for exchange.
