A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
1) Direct Bank Deposit This is the preferred payment method as payment usually goes through the same day, therefore, item can be dispatched at a faster rate. If paying via this method please ensure user ID or item number is entered in the reference / description section of deposit slip. Failure to do so will result in delays!
2) Money Order
Please make money order out to ‘Lammas Group’ and ensure either your user ID or item number is clearly written on the back of the money order.
Please allow for a delay if paying via this method as it takes time for the money order to reach us.
3) Personal Cheque
Please make cheque payable to ‘Lammas Group Pty.Ltd.’ and ensure either your user ID or item number is clearly written on the back of the cheque. If paying via this method please allow a delay for cheque to reach us and also for cheque to clear (usually 3-5 days). Item will not be posted until cheque has cleared.
Initial Contact is to be made by the winning bidder within 3 days of auction end and full payment using accepted payment methods to be made within 7 days of auction’s end. If payment is not received within seven days the ended auction will be forfeited and a non-paying buyer claim will be filed to recover the closing auction fee, in which a non-paying buyer strike will be entered against your name. Alternatively, you can pay a cancellation fee of $50 and a strike will not be given.
All orders are processed during business hours , Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm AEST time.
Delivery is via a nation wide courier, please ensure someone is present during office hours at provided address.
NO PO Boxes.
The customer is responsible for collection of the item from the local depot if they are not present during delivery, and a surcharge may apply.
