2. If payment is not received after 3 days, a reminder will be sent and we reserve the right to relist the purchased item after 7 days.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Please note that item(s) is shipped via Registered International Airmail from Malaysia, thus it will requires the following duration for your package to arrive - generally, packages arrive safely and on time :

a) 7 to 10 days to UK

b) 10 to 28 days to Europe

c) 14 to 21 days to USA & Canada

d) 10 to 14 days to Australia & New Zealand

 2. Please bear in mind that in some instances, delayed postal delivery may occur due to the postal carrier in country of origin and/or country of recipient. This situation is absolutely beyond our control.

 3. We shall not be held responsible should a delay occur in postal delivery as delivery information is provided by the postal carrier and this excludes weekends and public holidays in both country of origin and country of recipient.

 4. However, as a responsible seller, we will try our best to resolve any issues that arise. If you do not receive your package after the stated time, by all means, please contact us and we will request the local postal carrier to trace delayed or missing parcels.

1. We ship worldwide. Postage & Handling (P&H) fee differs from region to region.

2. We use air mail package(s) using registered post with bar code tracking number.

3. Item(s) are always properly packed in padded materials to secure and protect your purchases.

4. Postage & handling discount is always given to multiple purchases if all the purchased items are ship together in the same package. Buyer must also inform us before hand and request for combined shipment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

1. If you are entirely unsatisfied with the item for any reason, you can return the item within 7 days from receipt of item in original packaging and condition for a replacement or full refund less the shipping cost. The returns will be at your shipping cost.
