    I AM PLEASED TO OFFER ON EBAY THIS  19TH CENTURY (1870,s -1880,s)  LARGE STAFFORDSHIRE POTTERIES PORCELAIN PASTILLE BURNER IN THE FORM OF A TOWER BEING A PINKISH COLOUR AND HAVING APLLIED HAND PAINTED BRUSHED CLAY WHICH GIVES THE AFFECT OF MOSS. THE BACK HAS A LARGE OPENING WHERE YOU PUT THE PASTILLE TABLET WHICH YOU THEN LIGHT UNTIL IT IS SMOULDERING AND THE SCENT THAN MAKES THE ROOM SMELL NICE. THE SIZE OF THE ITEM MEASURES 18CM IN HEIGHT BY 12.4CM IN LENGTH BY 10CM IN DEPTH. THERE IS DAMAGE TO THIS ITEM BEING CRACKING ON THE WALLS OF THE TOWER AT THE FRONT AND BACK AND CRACKING AND RESTORATION ON THE BASE.(I THINK THIS ITEM HAS BEEN DROPPED AT SOME STAGE OF IT,s LIFE AND PUT BACK TOGETHER SO PLEASE VIEW PHOTOS). THE TALLEST TOWER ALSO HAS A PIECE MISSING AROUND THE TOP AND ALSO ONE OF THE CRENELLATIONS HAS BEEN RESTORED.
