Shipping:

Shipping is by Registered Australia Post. Express post also if required. Remember, postage doesn't just pay for the stamps ... it also pays for the box, bubble pack, tape, air bags and anything else we put into your parcel to make sure it gets to you the same way it left us. It also pays for item handling.

*** We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.*** We always use registered post. This means if Australia Post looses the parcel, it's their fault, not mine or yours. Registered post is only $2.50 more - and that's why we use it. Shipping is usually next business day after payment.

Payment: Please use the item's eBay number and your ID when paying, it makes identification much easier and therefore posting much quicker. Failure to do so will sadly result in delayed postings.

Buyers agree to contact us within 2 days and we must receive payment within 5 days after the purchase date. Outside of this time-line, we reserve the right to void the sale and re-sell the item, a Negative feedback will be left. And a non-paying bidder report filed. Please don't bid if you don't have the intention of paying. You will need to email me to gain my bank details.

Payment is accepted by direct debit and money order or credit card (but we do add a 5% handling fee on credit cards!) - please proceed through checkout to gain this information.

I want my customers to be happy! Please ask any questions before you bid, as there are no refunds or exchanges after the auction has ended. Lets keep our feedbacks positive - if you are having problems then please contact me prior to leaving feedback! Almost all issues can be resolved via email, phone calls or a small bunch of flowers.

Please note that for this equipment to meet Australian Standards, it must be installed by a licensed security installer and must conform to the requirements for your particular state or territory. Cabling installed in your premises must be installed by a licensed cabler as per the requirements of your particular state or territory. We are selling this equipment on the intention that the buyer will have it professionally installed by a professional security company.

Refunds:

Refunds are only accepted if the goods are returned un-opened and unused in saleable condition as you received them. Refunds are not accepted if the "programming and set-up" option was purchased. No postage and packing is never refunded. Please read the description, note the condition of the item and bid carefully and remember to ask questions, request more photo's or email me as much as you like before you win the item.
