warranty within 7 days but do not include physical
damage from the user and natural disasters.

customers items if DOA (Dead On Arrival)
within 7 days of dispatch. Any DOA's must be
returned within 7 days from purchase,
please contact us before returning the item.
If an item needs to be returned for warranty
after the 7 day period days from the date of dispatch,
postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.
Items returned my COD is not acceptable to Oz-mall.
Customers must contact us before return anything.
The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder.
The warranty does not cover all accessories and
bonus gifts. Such as, batteries, cables, earphones
and carry bags etc.

- Pick up is not possible and delivery not available

For all faulty items with Return to Base warranty, buyer must
contact us by E-mail. Please provide the eBay ID and item
number together with the faulty item.
Please Note: All returned non-faulty item (identified by our
technical department), the buyer has to pay for shipping and
handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer.
