2. Items are usually sent by Star Track Express (a partnership of QANTAS and Australia Post).
3. There is no dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
4. Delivery times vary according to location.
5. We require your phone number to assist the courier in delivering your item(s).
6. Your signature will be required on delivery.
7. We cannot deliver to a Post Office box.

Local Pickups: Pick up from our head office in Caulfield South, Victoria may be arranged after payment is made. A delivery fee from the warehouse will still apply if the item/s value is under $150. For safety reasons pick up from the warehouse is not possible.
