Condition of goods: Condition of goods is as per listing description and evidenced as per listing photographs. All items are sold "as-is".
Calculation of Postage & Insurance: Unless advised differently, shipping rates will be calculated using the eBay Postage Calculator, with nominal packing and handling charges if appropriate. (Any recycled protective wrapping materials used for shipping are provided free of charge). Rates are based on shipment from postcode 2911 to your postcode within Australia. Unless specified otherwise, goods will be sent Registered Post (this ensures traceability through a unique identification number for each article, proof of posting, that a signature is obtained on delivery and insurance up to AUD $100 is available in the event that the goods are either lost or damaged in transit). Australia Post "Extra Cover" postal insurance is MANDATORY on items sold with a final auction value over AUD $100. Any additional costs for "Extra Cover" insurance fees are charged on a pass through basis (currently AUD $1.30 per AUD $100 of part thereof).
Delivery Timeframes: Goods will be dispatched within 3 working days of official notification of your cleared PayPal payment. Shipment will be to your confirmed PayPal Address. Local Pickup for purchasers in the ACT region can be arranged by negotiation after hours (weekdays) and on weekends.
Communication: The purchaser will be advised when PayPal payment has been received and cleared. The purchaser will be contacted again once goods have been dispatched advising shipping details.
Payment: Payment in full must be made within 7 days of close of auction. The ONLY accepted method of payment accepted is via PayPal. Failure to effect full payment within 7 days will be reported to eBay and the item may be subsequently offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed.
Returns: All sales are final, returns will NOT be accepted.
If goods are damaged in transit: Damage caused during shipping is covered by postal insurance. In order to receive compensation you may be required to provide evidence and/or other documentation as required by Australia Post in order to effect your claim for compensation.
