PAYMENT TERMS

AUSTRALIAN BIDDERS - preferred payment is direct deposit into account. NO PERSONAL CHEQUES PLEASE.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS - I accept payments including credit cards through PayPal only.

SHIPPING

Goods will be posted within 48 hours of receipt of identified payment in most cases.

Sometimes, family and work commitments get in the way and may delay preparation and postage of your parcel by an extra day or so.  It’s rare but it happens.  Most people are great about it but this is spelt out for those few buyers who do not understand I also have a life away from the keyboard.

Shipping/postage costs are as stated on the auction listing.

International insurance is optional at 10.00 AU additional to the quoted postage charge, however please note that without insurance your parcel cannot be traced if undelivered, and you agree that I am not liable for non-delivery.  Confirmation of postage is always obtained.

Contact and arrangements to pay to be made within 3 days after end of auction

Payment must be finalised within 5 days and no later.  After this, I reserve the right to relist the item without further communication.

Item pick-up is only available where it is expressly stated on the listing.   

Non payers will be left appropriate feedback so please do not bid if you have no intention of completing transactions.   I hate time wasters and eBay is meant to be fun; I should not have to chase you or remind you to pay.

*EBay’s NON PAYING BIDDER PROGRAM will be initiated after 7 days unless circumstances are communicated with me and agreed to by me.

Feedback is left for buyers once you leave feedback for me, which indicates to me that the transaction is completed and you are happy.   If you should have any problems, please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback.
