• We accept credit card payments through  Paypal only. Items paid via Paypal must be posted as registered (local) or insured (international).

• Items paid with Paypal must be sent either registered shipping or courier because it can be tracked and includes insurance to the value of $100. Regular shipping cannot be tracked and does not include any insurance, therefore cannot be used with Paypal. When paying with Paypal ensure you select the registered or courier postage price.
  
• To ensure prompt processing of your order please ensure all details supplied are correct.
• Goods will be posted once payment has been received. An email notification is automatically sent when payment is received.
  
• When items are shipped you will receive an email notification detailing the shipping method or courier company used. This information will include a the shipping company name, tracking number and a website where the item can be tracked.
  
• If your item is sent with Australia Post, you will receive the registered number if you have paid for registered shipping.
• If you are an international buyer your mail notification will include the tracking number and the method of shipping. All items shipped internationally will include insurance to the value of AU$100 and is sent through the postal system. From Australia this will be Australia Post and then the respective postal system in your particular country.  Items shipped can be tracked online if your respective countries postal system has online tracking.
