All of my items are sold in good faith and with the best intentions. Some new items may be shop surplus or stock overruns and as such, may have passed through many hands before they reach me. Though rare, as a result, there may be minor soiling or defects incurred during storage, transit and handling. Minor soiling should come out in the first wash. If there are any noticeable flaws, I will note them, but keep in mind I'm only human and may miss something from time to time unintentionally. Good communication can usually resolve all issues.

I consider refunds/exchanges on a discretionary case by case basis, but realistically cannot refund incurred postage costs (unless the problem is seller error). Please do not ask for a refund if a clothing item does not fit you. If unsure, please ask for measurements prior to bidding/buying.

I am friendly, fair and reasonable, so if you are unhappy for any reason, please get in touch so we can work out a resolution prior to leaving negative feedback. Nobody feels good when it gets to that stage, so let's try and fix it first.
