BIDDING: Please read the item description carefully and understand that when you bid, you are agreeing to ALL terms and conditions of the ebay auction, that includes postage costs. If you are unhappy with the price of the item or the postage then PLEASE do not bid as these costs MUST be paid for by the winner of the auction, no exceptions. It is not fair to bid, win an item, then leave negative or neutral feedback because you are unhappy with postage or item costs. ALL costs are visible when you bid. If you are unhappy,please don't bid. 

MULTIPLE PURCHASES: If you are planning on purchasing a few items from us, please email us and let us know, that way we can combine your purchases and give you one total invoice. Please note that multiple purchases need to be made within a 5 day period.  If one of your items falls outside this period let us know and we can surely accomodate for this. 

CONTACT: We will send payment invoice information once auction has ended. You then need to indicate what payment method you will be using and postage selection(registered or express). Once payment is received your item will be posted and we will send you a postage notification email. Please try to communicate through ebay email not personal email.

PAYMENT: ALL ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE UPON CHECKOUT-AFTER YOU WIN ITEM. PAYPAL IS OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT

If you are paying through PAYPAL most payments are received instantly, others like e-cheque take up to 7 days to clear. We receive a receipt of payment from PAY PAL with your payment details so PLEASE DO NOT email us your receipt as proof, we already have it. If you are paying through BANK DEPOSIT Please leave EBAY Username and item number. If you fail to do this and leave your regular name, or the words "ebay item" or your partners name or no name, this makes it awfully hard to connect a payment to you. It will take us a lot longer to process and postage of your item will be delayed. Please allow between 3-7 days for your deposit to reach our account. Depending on what bank and method you use, the time it takes to reach our account varies considerably.

As soon as we receive your payment, your item will be sent within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please do not email us asking if we have received your payment. If there is any issues we will contact you. If we do not receive payment from you, a computer generated Ebay payment reminder is sent after 7 days of no payment. This is only a reminder (through dispute console). We do this as it covers both seller and buyer to resolve matters correctly if payment has not occurred. In the event you have paid or are in the process of paying, the disputes are closed either immediately or once payment is received and no action is taken against your ebay account.

If you are paying by MONEY ORDER/BANK CHEQUE please include the name of the item, item number and ebay username with your payment. Money orders are processed immediately so item is sent within 24 hours of receiving payment. (excluding public holidays and weekends). Bank cheques take 7 days to clear, so please allow for this.

POSTAGE: Your items are sent within 24 hours of receiving/clearing payment (excluding public hoildays and weekends). We only offer Registered or Express postage as these come with a tracking number. WE DO NOT OFFER POSTAGE DISCOUNT ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES (unless stated in the description of item). All items will be sent in the one parcel but all buyers MUST pay the postage on each item they purchase. PICK UP IS NOT AVAILABLE. We do our utmost best to get items despatched extremely quickly. Unfortunately, we cannot control how quickly Australia Post gets the item to you. Please bear this in mind before emailing us. Please click on VIEW ORDER DETAILS (on the item you purchased) to find out when your item was posted by us.  If 7 days has passed since we posted it and you have not received it, by all means contact us then and we'll gladly investigate. If you want EXPRESS POST you have to select it upon checkout, email us stating you want EXPRESS postage.We automatically always default to registered post. It is not enough to just pay the extra and not select it or let us know. If this occurs your item will be sent registered.

FEEDBACK: We are proud of our feedback, and do not intend to do anything to affect this. A very, very high percentage of transactions show a positive outcome. Please, be reasonable with feedback, and likewise we will to. We are not perfect-nobody is.  Processes and systems are not always perfect either.  If there is an issue, do not hesitate to contact us before leaving feedback.
