We use Couriers WHEREVER POSSIBLE for delivery of items to QLD and NSW.   If you think you may live in a courier serviceable area, please contact us for our best delivery quote OR do a Request Total from Seller at Checkout.  We use Fastway Couriers.

DELIVERY TERMS

Please note that all satchels and parcels are delivered via courier where possible.  We use Fastway Couriers and Couriers Please.  All other satchels and parcels delivered via Australia Post.  Our quoted delivery prices include a small fee for handling and packaging materials (i.e. bubble wrap, black wrap, tape etc).

We aim to get your parcel to your door as quickly as possible.  On confirmation of payment (generally 0-48 hours after purchase, depending on method of payment), we have your parcel in the mail within 48 hours*.  This excludes weekends, public holidays, and holidays which are clearly advertised on our store homepage.

*Please note that exceptions do occur on rare occasions (eg. Still in discussion with buyer re other purchases etc)

Our priority is ensuring you, the customer, are happy with your purchase and your overall experience with us.  Therefore, within working hours, we are always available to speak with if you have any problems in relation to your goods, delivery or service.  As our feedback record is important to us, PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO LEAVING ANY NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL FEEDBACK, AS WE ARE HAPPY TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUES REGARDING YOUR PURCHASE. 

We do accept returns in cases where your product is found to be faulty, broken (due to mishandling during delivery), or if you have received an incorrect item, size or quantity.  In these cases we will refund in full including postage.

We do not offer full refunds in cases where the buyer has changed their mind, ordered incorrect size by accident, or has used the product for an inappropriate purpose.  In some cases however we will refund purchase price (excluding postage) if the product is returned to us in resaleable condition.
